This page lets you sign up to receive a Whole-In-One Adjustable Golf Club Set that is sponsored (paid for) by someone else. The set includes the club, bag, your service emblem and name if you wish, some balls and tees, and shipping to your military address.

Your name will be added to a list in the order it has been received. When your name is at the top of the list and someone has sponsored a club, we will contact your military email address to confirm the details below in case they have changed.

Our only way of contacting you will be your military email address, so please keep it up to date by logging into this account if it changes. If you leave the military before a club is sponsored for you, please log in and remove your name from the list. But we hope to find enough sponsors so that doesn’t happen.
