Shipping Policy

We ship by a variety of means including but not limited to Fedex, UPS, and the Postal System.

You will be able to select your shipping method during Checkout, or by email or phone communication.

Shipping rates include insurance.  So if a shipment is lost or damaged, it will be replaced.  Please inspect packages immediately, including the contents inside. It is imperative that you let us know of any damage within 5 days of delivery. Please send us email pictures of any damage and the packaging adjacent to the damage.

Be advised that the postal system isn't very reliable in terms of tracking.  Replacements may not be shipped until the carrier declares it officially lost or damaged.

With inventory products, we usually ship the same or next business day.  We will notify you if there is a delay.

You will receive tracking information for all shipments unless otherwise specified.

You are responsible to notify us if you do NOT want your shipment left at your door when no one is home. You must also let us know if you require to sign for a package. Otherwise, the carrier can leave the package at his or her discretion, and they are not responsible if the package is stolen from that location.
